Terms and Conditions
Last updated: May 10, 2026
Welcome to Jiro. By accessing or using jiro.build and any of its products, extensions, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or using the platform.
1. Who We Are
Jiro ("we," "us," or "our") is a design library and component platform built for developers and creators using AI-native tools. Our products include the Jiro web platform at jiro.build, our browser extensions for Bolt.new, Lovable, Replit and V0, and all associated digital content including UI components, landing page templates, and AI-ready prompts.
2. Using Jiro
2.1 Your Account
If you create an account with Jiro, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately at tanzil@jiro.build if you believe your account has been compromised.
2.2 Acceptable Use
You agree to use Jiro only for personal and client project purposes. You must not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense Jiro components or templates as standalone products
- Use Jiro content to build a competing component library or design resource platform
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the platform or its assets at scale
- Share your account access with others outside your personal or business use
- Use Jiro content to train AI models without prior written permission
3. Purchases and Payments
3.1 Pricing
Jiro offers both free and paid plans. Prices are displayed on the pricing page and are subject to change. Any price changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect existing lifetime purchases.
3.2 Lifetime Access
Where a "lifetime" plan is purchased, this refers to lifetime access to the Jiro platform for as long as Jiro continues to operate as a product. Future components, templates, and extensions released after your purchase are included at no additional cost, as described at the time of purchase.
3.3 Billing
Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider Lemon Squeezy. Jiro does not store your payment card details.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been processed.
We encourage you to explore the free plan before upgrading to make sure Jiro is the right fit for what you're building. If you have any questions before purchasing, reach out at tanzil@jiro.build — we're happy to help.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Jiro Content
All components, templates, prompts, designs, code, and content on the Jiro platform are owned by or licensed to Jiro. You may not reproduce or distribute them outside of your own personal or commercial projects.
5.2 Your License
By purchasing Jiro Pro or accessing the free plan, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Jiro components and templates in your own personal and commercial projects including client work and products you sell.
5.3 What You Cannot Do
You may not:
- Resell or redistribute Jiro components or templates as a standalone product
- Claim ownership of Jiro-designed components
- Use Jiro content to train AI models without prior written permission
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, with or without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
7. Browser Extensions
Our Chrome extensions for Bolt.new and Lovable are provided as part of the Jiro Pro plan. Extensions are subject to the terms of the relevant browser platform (Google Chrome Web Store) in addition to these terms. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue extensions at any time.
8. Third-Party Tools and Integrations
Jiro is designed to work with third-party AI tools including Bolt.new, Lovable, Cursor, V0, and Replit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. Your use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and conditions.
9. Availability and Uptime
We aim to keep Jiro available and running at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or technical issues. We will do our best to notify users in advance of any planned maintenance.
10. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of Jiro after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
