Questions, answered
Who can join?
Anyone 18 or older with an audience, a community or clients who build websites. We review every application.
Do I need to be a Jiro customer?
No. Anyone can apply, customer or not.
How does tracking work?
When someone clicks your link, we remember it for 90 days. If they sign up or buy within that time, they're linked to you. If they click links from more than one partner, the last click before they sign up or start their first purchase gets the credit.
When and how do I get paid?
Each commission is held 30 days after the payment. Then it's paid in the next monthly payout, by bank transfer in US dollars, once your balance is at least $50. Before your first payout we'll ask for a W-9 or W-8BEN tax form.
Do I earn on renewals?
Yes. Every plan payment in a customer's first 12 months earns you 30%. Lifetime is paid once, so it earns once. AI credit packs and other add-ons don't earn commission.
What if a customer gets a refund?
The commission for that payment is reversed. That's why commissions wait 30 days before they're paid.
Can I run ads or list Jiro on deal sites?
Yes, as long as you don't pretend to be Jiro and you make it clear you earn a commission. Buying through your own link doesn't count.
Do you offer higher rates?
For creators with a large audience, we can agree a custom rate. Email tanzil@jiro.build.
