Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: October 5, 2026
These Affiliate Program Terms ("Affiliate Terms") cover your participation in the Jiro Build Affiliate Program (the "Program"). By applying to or taking part in the Program, you agree to these Affiliate Terms, our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the Terms & Conditions, these Affiliate Terms apply to the Program.
1. The Program
1.1 JIRO BUILD LLC, a Missouri limited liability company ("Jiro," "we," "us"), runs the Program on Partnero, a third-party affiliate platform. Your partner account, referral link, stats and payouts are managed at affiliate.jiro.build.
1.2 As a partner ("you"), you refer new customers to Jiro with your personal referral link and earn commission on eligible purchases those customers make.
2. Joining
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
2.2 We review every application. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion, without giving a reason.
2.3 You must give accurate information and keep it up to date, including your payout and tax details.
2.4 One partner account per person or business.
3. Referrals and Tracking
3.1 A referral counts when a new customer clicks your link and then signs up or buys within 90 days of that click.
3.2 If a customer clicks links from more than one partner, the last link they clicked before signing up or starting their first purchase gets the credit. Once a customer is linked to a partner, they stay linked to that partner.
3.3 Commission is only earned on customers who are new to paid Jiro plans. Existing or previous paying customers don't count, even if they click your link.
3.4 Tracking relies on cookies and on the customer using the same browser. If a customer blocks or clears cookies or switches devices, the referral may not be recorded. We're not responsible for referrals our systems don't record, but if you believe one was missed, email us the details and we'll look into it.
4. Commission
4.1 You earn 30% of the amount the customer actually pays for an eligible plan, after any discounts and excluding taxes.
4.2 Eligible purchases are Jiro plans: the library plans (3-month, yearly and lifetime) and Jiro AI Builder plans. You earn on every plan payment the customer makes during the 12 months that start with their first payment. The lifetime plan is paid once, so it earns once.
4.3 These don't earn commission: AI credit or token packs and other add-ons; payments made after the 12-month period; purchases through your own link or for accounts you control; and purchases connected to fraud or to breaking these Affiliate Terms.
4.4 If a payment is refunded, charged back or disputed, the commission for that payment is reversed. If that commission was already paid to you, we may deduct it from your future commissions.
4.5 We may agree a different rate with individual partners. Any such rate must be in writing.
5. Payouts
5.1 Each commission is held for a 30-day review period after the payment. After that, it becomes payable.
5.2 We send payouts once a month for payable commissions when your payable balance is at least $50 (US dollars). Smaller balances roll over to the next month.
5.3 Payouts are made in US dollars by bank transfer to the account in your partner dashboard, and are sent by JIRO BUILD LLC. We may add other payout methods later.
5.4 We pay the fee our bank charges to send the transfer. Fees charged by your bank or intermediary banks, or for currency conversion, may reduce the amount you receive.
5.5 Before your first payout, you must submit a valid tax form in your partner dashboard (Form W-9 if you're a US person, or Form W-8BEN / W-8BEN-E if you're not). We may hold payouts until we have it. You're responsible for your own taxes.
5.6 Make sure your payout details are correct. We're not responsible for payments lost because of incorrect details you provided.
6. How You Can Promote Jiro
You're free to promote Jiro on your website, blog, newsletter, videos, social media, communities, online ads (including search ads) and deal or coupon sites, as long as you follow these rules:
6.1 Be honest. Don't make false or misleading claims about Jiro, its features, its prices or its discounts.
6.2 Disclose. Make it clear that you may earn a commission (for example, "affiliate link" or "I earn a commission if you buy"), as the law requires (such as the US FTC's endorsement guides).
6.3 Don't pretend to be Jiro. Don't present yourself, your website, your ads or your social accounts as Jiro or as an official Jiro channel, and don't use domain names or social handles that could make people think you are Jiro.
6.4 No spam. Don't send unsolicited bulk emails or messages, and don't post your link where it breaks that platform's rules.
6.5 No self-referrals. Don't use your own link to buy for yourself or for accounts you control.
6.6 No fraud. Don't use fake accounts, bots, cookie stuffing, hidden or forced clicks, or anything else that creates referrals that aren't real.
6.7 Only use codes given to you. Don't publish Jiro discount codes that weren't given to you for promotion (for example, private or single-use codes).
6.8 Keep it clean and legal. Don't promote Jiro next to illegal, hateful, sexually explicit or violent content, and follow the laws and platform rules that apply to you.
If you break these rules, we may reverse affected commissions, hold payouts while we review, and suspend or close your partner account.
7. Using Jiro's Name and Brand
We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the Jiro name, logo and any materials we provide, only to promote Jiro under these Affiliate Terms. Don't change our logo or suggest any relationship with Jiro beyond being an affiliate. This permission ends when you leave the Program.
8. Our Relationship
You're an independent partner, not an employee, agent or legal partner of Jiro. You can't make promises or enter into agreements on Jiro's behalf. You pay your own costs, such as ad spend.
9. Leaving the Program
9.1 You can leave at any time by closing your partner account or emailing us.
9.2 We can suspend or end your participation at any time. If we end it because you broke these Affiliate Terms, you lose any commissions that haven't been paid yet. Otherwise, we'll pay your valid commissions once their review period ends, even if your balance is below $50.
9.3 We may change or end the Program at any time. If we end it, we'll pay valid commissions earned up to the end date.
10. Changes to These Affiliate Terms
We may update these Affiliate Terms. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the date at the top and, where possible, let you know by email or in your partner dashboard. Changes don't affect commissions you've already earned. If you keep taking part after a change, you accept the updated Affiliate Terms.
11. Liability
The disclaimers and limitation of liability in our Terms & Conditions also apply to the Program. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you related to the Program is limited to the commissions you earned in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Privacy
Partnero processes your partner information (such as your name, email, payout details and tax forms) so we can run the Program. See the "Affiliate Program and Referral Tracking" section of our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA. Disputes are handled the same way as under Section 15 of our Terms & Conditions (the state or federal courts located in Missouri).
